REASONS TO USE PREPQUIP FOR YOUR SPRING SPARGE SPARGER SYSTEM

At PrepQuip we have innovatively designed the Spring Sparge Sparger system to ensure that gas injection and float applications are as effective as possible and easy to maintain. Our industry leading design has been accepted globally due to several reasons. There is no need for sparging water and bubbles are evenly distributed regardless of the size of the bubbles. Even bubble distribution is possible as well as guaranteed no clogging of the barrel due to the non-return spring system which ensures no effect on the performance in any way. Older sparging system designs required entire plant operations to be stopped in order to implement maintenance on gas injection equipment, our device however has been designed to enable production to continue without any disturbances.

This is possible due to the sealing port arrangement designed in-house that comes with the PrepQuip Spring Sparge Sparger system which is commonly known as an “oxygen lance” or a “lance”. The high pressure water or slurry jet during sparging shorten the life of a sparger or lance system due to wear, however our lances are manufactured from stainless steel barrels and high wear resistant ceramic tips which ensure longer lasting equipment than the average sparging system on the market.

Should you need to monitor any changes in water or slurry pressure this can be easily observed thanks to the pressure indicator on the sparger. The split nozzle sparger ceramic tip can be used to increase performance during processes such as gold leaching and prevention of solids build-up in tanks. The PrepQuip Spring Sparge Sparger system will never clog or block as it is fitted with fail-safe design to avert such negative effects during gas injection. For safety reasons and the minimization of environmental hazardous toxic chemicals, our sparger system has been developed in such a way that toxins used in the gold production such as cyanide are reduced significantly. This is through a process where oxygen and air consumption can be optimized reducing usage of cyanide, moreover increasing the recovery of gold and saving the client money on expensive consumables. The ceramic or tungsten carbide tips can simply be replaced on maintenance day when necessary making it inexpensive to maintain the sparger system. The PrepQuip Team is ready to justify your reasons for you choosing them as your gas injection equipment supplier
